Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gina Jones Creations. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of the paintings being completed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the painting itself to be completed. If commissioning a Breastmilk Portrait Painting please allow 2 weeks from the time the breastmilk is received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping is free worldwide over $100AUD
If the total spend is under $100AUD the prices are as follows in the table below.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Gina Jones Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please advise Gina Jones Creations immediately of any damage that may happen during transit so that it can be remedied as soon as possible.
Costs for sending breastmilk
If the Breastmilk Portrait Painting option has been selected the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and any duties incurred. Prices can vary between different countries so please consult your local shipping provider for an accurate price.
International Shipping Policy
Gina Jones Creations ships internationally. I am based in Australia so please be aware of that to account for shipping times.
Prints are fulfilled across 10 countries so the shipping time is greatly reduced with these.
